The Organizing Committee of PVSEC-27 encourages you to register for the conference in advance (by 15th Sep.) to take advantage of discounted registration rates. Our registration system is now available.
Registration fees for PVSEC-27 are listed below. Additional payment is necessary for attending the tutorials, banquet, tours, and other optional meals for lunch.
Registration fees will be paid by credit cards only (VISA or MasterCard) for online registration. We accepts cash (in JPY) or credit cards (VISA or MasterCard) for on-site registration.

*Both tours are planned on the same day. You CANNOT modify your registration once you registered.
Your registration and payment will be confirmed by email. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed until payment has been received.
Cancellation must be notified to the Conference Secretariat by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the delegate’s name and his/her Registration ID.
Refunds will be made on a case-by-case basis.
On-line registration has closed. On-site registration desk will open on 12th November. The location of the registration desk is 1F near the main entrance.

Anyone entering Japan must have a valid passport. In addition, delegates from particular countries must have a visa issued by the Japanese Embassy or Consulate General in their home country.
Consult your local Japanese Embassy or Consulate Generals as to whether you require a visa. Please note that the standard processing period can take more than a month to obtain a visa.

The Secretariat can issue a letter of invitation and necessary documents upon request to those who need a visa.
In order to issue an invitation letter, delegates must:
Complete online registration and fee must be paid in full. If a visa is applied for but not granted, the Organizing Committee will determine the appropriate refund after the Conference.
Download the form for “VISA Questionnaire” (update: Sept. 26, 2017) and make sure you complete all sections. After you complete the form, please send it to the secretariat via E-mail (email@example.com).
*Notes: A letter of invitation will be issued after registration and payment are completed. The letter of invitation for VISA application does not provide any financial support.
